The San Diego County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the City of San Diego’s Purchasing Division have partnered to register businesses eligible under the program. Since 2002, the following participating agencies have made a commitment to utilize the DEVO database when soliciting quotes: Centre City Development Corporation, Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, San Diego County Water Authority, and Unified Port District of San Diego.
