Community Marketing is conducting a survey of the LGBT community on charitable involvement, and we'd appreciate your participation. This information is vital to ensuring the continued support of non-profit organizations and their work in our communities. It will take about 15-20 minutes, and your feedback will help non-profit organizations understand the unique contributions and engagement of the LGBT community among non-profit organizations and charities. Your responses are completely confidential, so we invite you to be as honest as possible in giving us your feedback. 

After completing the survey, you may elect to be entered into a drawing for one of five $100 cash prizes.
