LGBTQ Youth Conference October 6th, 2012 - seeking sponsorships (fiscal & in-kind)

Hello all - I am a little newer to GSDBA, but wanted to put a call out to members regarding support for a program in October 2012 for LGBTQ youth and allies. This one day event is designed to create a safe space where youth can address issues that they want to talk about from an LGBTQ perspective, highlight leaders and role models in the LGBTQ community and provide resources for individuals who are struggling with the process of self-identity.

I am very proud to say that we have a great formation committee, including members from the following: GLSEN, Trevor Project, Mental Health America, Gay Straight Alliance Network, San Diego Unified Schools, Delta Lambda Phi,Hillcrest Youth Center, Canvass for a Cause, Family Health Centers, CESCaL (Center for Excellence in School Counseling and Leadership, Family and Youth Round Table, and UCSD's AIDS Research Institute, LGBT Center and LGBT staff association.

All of these perspectives and the accumulative experience is helping to shape this into an amazing event! We are, however, looking for sponsorships in both monetary and in-kind form. We have sponsorship levels that range from $250-$5000 and are looking to feed the kids, build a web site, produce branding and have some fun giveaways (teeshirts, keychains, awards, etc).
