Paid newsletter display advertising space is available on an on-going basis.

• Business Card Size (Limit 5): 3.5”w x 2”h $200
  
• Double Business Card Size: 7.75"w x 2"h $400
• 1/4 Page Vertical Ad: 3.5”w x 4.75”h $550
• 1/3 Page Horizontal Ad: 7.75"w x 4"h $900
• 1/2 Page Vertical Ad: 3.50"w x 9.75"h $900
• Full Page Ad (Inside Back Cover) 7.75"w x 10.25"h $1500
• Full Page Color Ad (Back Cover) 7.75"w x 9.75"h $2400

Specifications

• Artwork needs to be camera ready: See measurements above.
• Ads are accepted in both Black & White and Color. (Color is preferred)
  
• Resolution: 300 dpi. Screens: 85-100L.
• File format: Hi-resolution .pdf only. All photos, logos, etc. must be embedded.
• All fonts must be converted to paths (outlines).
• All artwork (original or replacement) must be received by the 1st of the month to begin publication in the following month’s issue.

Payment Information

• An initial check/credit card payment must accompany the artwork. (Artwork will not be accepted without payment.)
• Advertisements will continue automatically until directed otherwise.
• All invoices are due on receipt.
• Cancellations must be made no later than the 1st of the month preceding the month of publication.
