Do you keep up on your books? Do you evaluate your financial statements on a monthly basis? It's scary how many business owners answer, "No," to this question. If not, you need to do so! You won't believe the things that your PNL, balance sheet, and cash flow statement will tell you. If you do not know how to read these documents, you should find yourself an incredible accountant or bookkeeper who can help. Running a great company means keeping a tight budget. Hey, friends. How are you? I just wanted to share a tasty tidbit that have finally embraced after four years of doing things the wrong way lol. Get rid of your 'C' and 'D' clients. I promise that you'll thank me.
