SACRAMENTO – Dr. Bill Beck of San Diego was honored today in the Capitol as a “California Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Hero.”
“With quiet perseverance and without seeking recognition for himself, Bill Beck has developed a sustainable strategy for LGBT community giving through the San Diego Human Dignity Foundation,” said Sen.
